The Rural Health Management Academy (RHMA) is an 11-week training program that will assist new and first-time rural health managers become more effective leaders/managers to improve the viability of rural hospitals, clinics and communities by empowering them to create a culture of health and wellbeing.

The Learnings
The RHMA was created to deliver management training to current and emerging rural health managers with enhanced management skills.
The RHMA provides first-time and new rural health managers with greater depth in their management skills.
This is a self-guided 10-week program along with a kick-off webinar at the beginning and a celebratory webinar at the end.
The self-guided training with 10 modules is hosted on a password protected website.
Each week during this 10-week period, a new module will be released.
