I am passionate about working with people to uncover their values and
aspirations, understand their goals, and then work together to build a path to achieving those goals that feels possible and rewarding to the client.

Prior to becoming a coach, I was in sales and sales management for 6
different industries, both Fortune 100 and privately owned companies,
including: business services, healthcare, food service, advertising, graphics and marketing. I have owned several businesses and had responsibility for all phases of running the business from personnel management to vendor relations, running payroll and managing the bottom line.

I have coached many rural healthcare employees from the executive team to staff members including: CEO, CMO, CFO, CNO, HR, Directors of Nursing, ED, PT, Supply Chain and Plant Management.

Areas of focus that I often work with clients on are: work/life harmony and integration, presenting skills and public speaking, stress management, navigating crucial conversations, developing executive presence, motivating direct reports and leveraging feedforward and feedback, personal and professional development and understanding how your core values impact alignment and feelings of achievement.
